Daarul-Hikam Travels and Tours Ltd. is committed to providing exceptional service for your pilgrimage. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our Hajj and 'Umrah packages and related services.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to daarulhikamtravels@gmail.com. Please include your full name, client ID, and a detailed reason for the request.
Refunds are processed based on the recoverable amounts from our suppliers (airlines, hotels, Saudi agents) at the time of cancellation.
Refunds are strictly subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline. We will process any refund according to the airline's policy, minus any applicable airline cancellation fees.
Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the Saudi authorities.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 - 30 business days from the date of approval, depending on the speed of recovery from our suppliers.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans), refunds will be issued based on the recoverable funds we receive from our partners in Saudi Arabia and Nigeria.
Medical Emergencies: Requests due to medical emergencies are reviewed case-by-case and require supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor's report). Refunds are subject to the recoverable amounts from our suppliers.
If Daarul-Hikam Travels and Tours Ltd. must cancel a package for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative package or date.
