We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or modify your travel plans. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services booked with Daarul-Hikam Travels and Tours Ltd.
Hajj and ‘Umrah Packages
Full Refund: A full refund will be made provided that visa, airline ticket, accommodation and other services have not been paid for.
Partial Refund: A partial refund will be provided if the cancellation is made after payment has been made for some services. The cost incurred will be deducted and a refund will be made afterwards.
No Refund: No refund will be provided after payment has been made for all required services.
Refundable Tickets: Refunds for airline tickets will be processed according to the airline’s specific refund policy. A full or partial refund may be provided depending on the terms set by the airline.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets marked as non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Visa Processing
Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the consulate.
Note: Charges incurred in processing a refund shall be deducted as the refund is made.
Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@daarulhikamtravels.com or daarulhikamtravels@gmail.com
Please include your booking reference number, full name, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of receiving the written request.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Force Majeure: In cases where cancellations or changes occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), refunds will be considered based on the specific situation and any applicable supplier/partner policies.
Medical Emergencies: Refund requests due to medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may require supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate.
Modifications: If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any additional costs or changes in service fees will be communicated to you.
Cancellation by Daarul-Hikam: If Daarul-Hikam Travels and Tours Ltd. must cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
Non-Refundable Items
Any additional costs incurred for optional services or special requests that are not part of the standard package offerings are non-refundable.
Any service marked as non-refundable at the time of booking will not be eligible for a refund.
